Champion the Customer
As an internal “rally cry,” Champion the Customer centered around driving employee engagement to prioritize the customer experience employees across all business units and levels company-wide.
I crafted a sports memorabilia visual language that could be applied to various media including wearable merchandise and ephemera, banners, and signage. The campaign was maintained across a number of years and applied to various internal events across the company.
